Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the Everanta Advisors website, insurance-related information, appointment services, forms, telephone and messaging services, and related communications.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you and Everanta Advisors (“Everanta Advisors,” “Everanta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing everantaa.com, submitting a form, scheduling an appointment, requesting insurance information, communicating with us, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Everanta Advisors is an independent insurance agency that provides insurance education, guidance, quoting assistance, application or enrollment assistance where authorized, customer support, and related insurance services.
Depending on licensing, carrier appointments, availability, location, eligibility, and individual circumstances, services may involve:
- Medicare-related insurance products and coverage options.
- Final expense life insurance.
- Term life and mortgage protection insurance.
- Children's whole life insurance.
- Indexed universal life insurance.
- Annuities and insurance-based retirement products.
- Other insurance or protection products that Everanta Advisors is legally authorized to offer.
Product availability may differ by state, carrier, service area, eligibility, licensing, appointment status, and other applicable requirements.
Insurance Quotes, Illustrations, and Availability
Insurance quotes, estimates, illustrations, rates, product descriptions, benefits, and availability are not guarantees of coverage.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Insurance premiums may change before a policy is issued.
- Coverage is subject to eligibility, underwriting, carrier approval, applicable law, and contract terms.
- Product availability may vary by state or service area.
- Benefits, exclusions, limitations, riders, surrender provisions, charges, interest-crediting methods, and guarantees vary by product.
- An illustration is not the same as a guarantee unless the applicable policy or contract specifically identifies a value as guaranteed.
- A request for information, quote, or appointment does not create insurance coverage.
Coverage becomes effective only in accordance with the terms established by the applicable insurance carrier and policy or contract.
Applicant and Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when requesting a quote, completing an application, enrolling in coverage, or requesting service.
Depending on the product, this may include accurate information concerning:
- Name and contact information.
- Date of birth and residency.
- Insurance coverage currently in force.
- Health, prescription, financial, beneficiary, or other application information when lawfully required.
- Medicare eligibility or other program information when relevant.
- Any other information required by an insurer or enrollment system.
Materially inaccurate or incomplete information may affect eligibility, underwriting, policy issuance, benefits, claims, enrollment, or other carrier decisions.
You should review applications, enrollment information, policy documents, beneficiary designations, and other materials for accuracy before signing or submitting them.
Insurance Carriers and Third-Party Providers
Insurance carriers, enrollment platforms, quoting systems, payment processors, technology providers, and other service providers are separate organizations and may maintain their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility rules, underwriting standards, and contractual requirements.
Insurance policies and annuity contracts are issued by the applicable insurance carrier, not by Everanta Advisors.
Carrier decisions concerning underwriting, eligibility, premium, claims, policy issuance, coverage, benefits, and contract administration are governed by the applicable carrier and policy or contract.
Medicare Information
Medicare-related information presented by Everanta Advisors is educational in nature and is not an official communication from Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Social Security Administration, or another government agency.
Medicare plan availability, benefits, premiums, cost-sharing, formularies, provider networks, service areas, enrollment periods, eligibility rules, and other terms may change and are governed by applicable plan documents, carrier contracts, federal law, and program requirements.
Official Medicare information is available through Medicare.gov and other authorized government resources.
Educational Information and Professional Advice
Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise and legally authorized, nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, estate-planning, securities, or investment advice.
Discussions of life insurance cash value, indexed universal life, annuities, income planning, retirement concepts, or tax-related insurance concepts should not be interpreted as individualized tax, legal, or securities advice.
Consult an appropriately qualified attorney, accountant, tax professional, investment professional, or other adviser when advice in those areas is needed.
Policy and Contract Documents Control
Website descriptions, conversations, summaries, illustrations, marketing materials, or educational explanations do not replace the actual insurance policy, annuity contract, Evidence of Coverage, Summary of Benefits, certificate, rider, endorsement, application, enrollment document, or other controlling contract.
